- [Twelve boxes, a full case](https://thedollscout.com/odds/twelve-boxes-full-case): 15.5% at 1:72, expected count 0.17 — about one secret per six cases. A sealed case typically guarantees one of each regular figure, not the secret; the widely repeated "a case averages one secret" is wrong.
- [Twenty-four boxes, two cases](https://thedollscout.com/odds/twenty-four-boxes): 28.5% at 1:72 — not double the 15.5% of one case. Independent draws compound, they do not add, and boxes already opened change nothing.
